Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 10 September 2026. How we email people, and what we expect of anyone using the systems we build.
BizElevate (“we”, “us”) is a B2B AI enablement company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We contact some businesses by email to offer our services. We don't send spam, and we don't let the systems we build be used for it. This page sets out the rules we follow and how to tell us if something went wrong.
Who we email
- Businesses only. We email people at companies, about their work, in roles where our services are relevant, such as founders, owners, and operations leads.
- Where the details come from. Publicly available professional information and business data providers.
- Checked before we send. We validate every address before it goes into a campaign and remove any that look invalid or risky.
How we send
- Every email comes from a named sender with a working reply address.
- Emails are plain text with no links. We don't use open tracking or click tracking.
- To opt out, reply to any of our emails and ask us to stop.
- Sequences are short: at most three emails over about a week. They stop as soon as you reply.
- Volume is low. Each mailbox sends a small number of emails a day, on weekdays, during business hours.
Opting out
Reply to any of our emails and ask us to stop, or email hady@bizelevate.net. We stop emailing you straight away and don't add you to future campaigns.
The law
We design our outreach to follow the anti-spam rules of the countries we email, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, Singapore's Spam Control Act, and Australia's Spam Act 2003.
Acceptable use for clients
Clients who use automations, AI agents, or outreach systems we build or run for them must not use them to:
- send unsolicited bulk email to consumers or to purchased consumer lists;
- hide or fake who a message is from, or use misleading subject lines;
- send phishing, malware, or scam content;
- harass anyone or keep contacting people who have asked to stop;
- break the anti-spam or privacy laws of the countries they send to.
If a client breaks these rules, we will pause or stop the service involved until it is fixed.
Reporting abuse
If you think you received spam from us or from something we built, email hady@bizelevate.net with the subject “Abuse report”. Please include the email you received, with its full headers if you can. We reply within two business days, stop any sending that broke this policy, and tell you what we found.
Effective date: 10 September 2026.
