BizElevate (“we”, “us”) is a B2B AI enablement company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This policy explains what data we collect through bizelevate.io, how we use it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
We keep this to the minimum we need to run the business:
- Contact form submissions. Name, email, company, and the message you send us.
- Basic server logs. Standard technical data like IP address, browser type, and pages visited, generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To deliver the AI enablement services you or your company engage us for.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
Third-party services we use to deliver work
When we build and operate AI agents for a client, that work sometimes runs through advertising and marketing platform APIs, including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Reddit. We access these on behalf of a client, under that client's own account and authorization, never on our own.
Any data we touch through those platforms is used solely to deliver the contracted service for that client. We never sell it, and we never repurpose it for another client or for our own marketing.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it, either to respond to your enquiry or for as long as a client engagement requires. After that, we delete it.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone, for any reason. Full stop.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of functional cookies to keep the site working and to understand basic traffic patterns. We don't use invasive tracking or sell cookie data to ad networks.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
